Got the same king room booked online with a good breakfast and water heater, for example. The hotel's location was particularly good, near to the cafe adjacent, the plaza and Huelva as a Teaching Staff at the School of Nursing. Also, the property was not too far from Ajar.

Location
First of all, we must point out that the room's toilet was dirty and had not been disinfected when we moved into the hotel. . Secondly, we paid 2 nights parking for the price of 14 euros in total and we only used it for one day. This is because when we took the vehicle out of the parking lot it could not leave the car, we spent quite a while trying to get it out because it was standing on the slopes and we had no room to manoeuvre. Of course it was bad. Therefore, when we took it out we didn't keep it there anymore and we had to lose the money from that day that was already paid because we didn't imagine that... Finally, to point out that the assigned room was quite noisy, you could hear absolutely everything from the adjoining rooms as well as from the outside. The next day I had an important exam and could not sleep because of the constant noise.

The location is very central. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was good-sized and fully updated. Breakfast had a nice variety and was freshly prepared. The staff were helpful and spoke good English.

Ideal location, many areas to eat and drink in the area, friendly receptionists, very varied and good breakfast, comfortable and quiet room.
The air conditioning is centralized so it was very hot in the room and there was no way to regulate it. I talked about it at the reception and they solved it that day but the next day the same thing happened. They should let the clients choose the temperature, otherwise what is the use of the cold/heat regulator in the room then? Next is the girl who serves breakfast. I've been staying in this hotel for several years and she has the wrong kind of bedside manner. When you arrive, she asks about your room to know if you have included the breakfast, if you don't have it paid in advance (it happened to me once because of a misunderstanding) she tells you out loud that you have to go to the reception to solve the payment in order to continue there. I think that's very ugly, since it makes you look like you've snuck in in front of the rest of the customers. I suffered it the first time and I felt terrible. In my last stay it happened to two people in front of me and their faces were a poem. First, it should be done with a voice so low that only the client hears it, and second, there are many ways to communicate to the reception (I have worked many years in a hotel) that a client is using and then he should be charged. It has not been the case for one day, every time I go it happens and I have never seen a change in their edge and direct attitude.

central location, hidden parking challenges
The spacious room had a kettle and a mini-fridge, perfect for late-night snacks. I enjoyed the local cafes just a stroll away, and the staff was helpful with local insights. Breakfast was satisfying, giving me a great start to my day.
Parking was quite tricky. It was narrow and steep. I recommend using the nearby public parking for a hassle-free experience.
